Cancellation Policy MN Surf Cancellation Policy towards rentals, lessons and tours. Rentals Reservations canceled within 3 days of rental start date will be refunded 50% of their rental. Cancellations made prior to the 3 day window will be given full refund. We will allow a one time reschedule date instead of canceling for all rentals. Weather Weather related issues. We know that the weather plays a major role in our water sport activities and that we can't control this. All weather related cancellations prior to pick up or delivery of your equipment will result in a full refund with the opportunity to reschedule at a later time and date. Our goal is to get you on the water in safe conditions. If you have already picked up your equipment and are experiencing a sudden weather related issue please call us right away to discuss. If you scheduled your lesson or tour through Groupon and need to change your lesson or tour date, we will allow a one time rescheduling, but no refund will be given on any Groupon deals.
