We offer weekly Stand Up Paddle Board/ Yoga workshops in Minneapolis and the Brainerd Lakes Area.  Combining stand up paddling and yoga is like combining red wine and chocolate, they both compliment each other so well. 

Here's what to expect:  Each workshop starts with a beach warm up and general intro into stand up paddling.  We will go over the basics on the beach such as paddle techniques, stance, posture, and equipment overview.  We will then take to the water for an hour stand up paddle board lesson and tour.  The 2nd hour will be spent doing yoga.  Our SUP/Yoga instructor will guide us on a blissful journey into the world of yoga on the water.  Our boards are very stable and will allow you to feel comfortable and confident in most yoga positions.  Go at your own pace and enjoy the surrounding.  You do not need prior yoga experience but it would be helpful.
