Be among the first to experience yoga and pilates on a Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP)! Float your way into shape on the water, with nature. SUP is the hot new rage. Add the ancient practice of yoga, and you get floga. Invite pilates to the party and you get flo-ga-tes. Yep, that’s right. Say it out loud. Flo - Gah - Tees. You’re already having fun, aren’t you?  

Invite your inner child and you’ll have the time of your life. Besides being incredibly fun, SUP is great for cross training, as a low impact sport and a great way to work on your balance. It’s for everyone - no matter your experience with SUP, yoga or pilates.  You will be lead through a stimulating series of postures that call on your core strength and inner focus. You’ll start with an introduction to paddleboarding, then flow through pilates and yoga postures.
